Partnership Programs
Associated Builders and Contractors Safety Division has developed partnership programs with regulatory agencies that provide access to compliance assistance and training, protection from audits, monetary fines, and complaint harassment.

• Removal from General Schedule Inspections.
• Site / Project Specific partnership protection programs.
• Subcontractors – Excluded from programmed job site inspections.
• Non-formal complaints are no longer reported to compliance office.

ABC Kentuckiana KY OSH Partnership Program Safe Job Site Banner to display at jobsites.• Will not receive citations for non-serious violations, provided that the hazards are abated within a prescribed period of time.
• Will be given the maximum good faith and history penalty reductions currently available in the KY OSH policy.
