The Kentuckiana Construction Education Foundation (KCEF), the educational affiliate of Kentuckiana ABC, offers a wide range of training and information programs as well as manpower recruitment opportunities to meet the need of member companies. Various types of training include craft apprenticeship, management education, safety and regulatory classes, journeymen upgrades and continuing education classes (Electrical and HVAC).

The KCEF also works with many schools in Kentucky and Southern Indiana to recruit and train new craft workers through the school-to-work program.
