ABC Members (contractors and suppliers) will be given a preferred rate if the following qualifications are met:
- Participant in the ABC Step program and have obtained at least Silver status
- KEMI preferred premium of at least $5,000
- Emod of 1.25 or less
- No prior KEMI issues (outstanding debt or audit compliance)
Each account will be evaluated annually. To maintain preferred pricing at renewal, the following qualifications must be met:
- Participant in the ABC Step program and have have obtained at least Silver status
- KEMI preferred premium of at least $5,000
- Emod of 1.25 or less
- KEMI loss ratio of 75% of less
- Timely audit compliance
- Compliance with KEMI loss education recommendations
If an ABC member does not qualify based on the criteria listed above, they will still be considered for preferred pricing on a case-by-case basis.
